John H. Davis (jdavis@jdpc.com) graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar that same year. In law school, Mr. Davis was awarded an American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice, was selected as a research assistant to the dean of the College of Law and was selected for the College of Law National Moot Court Team. In law school, Mr. Davis worked first as a law clerk for firms handling criminal defense and employment and later began working as a student attorney with the Denver District Attorney's Office in 1988. Mr. Davis was then appointed to a Deputy District Attorney position with that office upon being admitted to the bar. He has been practicing law since 1989 in the areas of criminal defense, employment law and civil litigation. In 1998, Mr. Davis left his position as Senior Deputy District Attorney to accept the position of Special Counsel with a Denver law firm where he worked primarily on a major international intellectual property lawsuit, as well as practicing in employment law and criminal defense. Subsequently, Mr. Davis founded Davis Law Offices, P.C. where he continues to practice in the areas of Criminal Defense, Employment Law and Civil Litigation.
Mr. Davis has represented clients in employment claims against some of the largest Colorado and national corporations and has represented several small to medium size businesses in employment matters. Mr. Davis has represented clients in civil matters including civil rights violations, dependency and neglect, education issues, partnership disputes, contract disputes, loan defaults, wage claims, insurance bad faith and product liability issues involving small businesses and individuals.

Celia F. Randolph (c.randolph@jdpc.com) attended undergraduate school at the University of Florida and worked in the motion picture industry prior to law school. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1996 and was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. While in law school, Ms. Randolph was awarded the "Book Award" in her Labor and Employment law class and was a founding member of Nova's Southeastern's chapter of the National Association of Public Interest Lawyers.
While in law school, Ms. Randolph interned for Judge Bobby Gunther of the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal and served on the Individuals with Disabilities Project; assisting Legal Services of Greater Miami in its efforts to ensure that traumatically brain injured children received appropriate educational opportunities to which they were legally entitled. Additionally, Ms. Randolph worked as a student attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit Public Defender's Office.
Ms. Randolph worked as a law clerk for a small Florida law firm practicing in the areas of Employment Law and Civil Rights, and later joined that firm as an attorney upon admission to the Florida Bar in 1996. After moving to and obtaining her license to practice law in Colorado in 1999, Ms. Randolph worked for a Denver law firm whose emphasis was in Employment Law and Civil Rights before opening her own law practice and continuing to practice in the areas of Employment Law, Civil Rights and Civil Litigation from 2000 until joining Davis Law Offices, P.C. in 2004.
Ms. Randolph has represented clients against some of the largest Colorado, Florida and national corporations in all phases of litigation and appeal in areas including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA FLSA, First Amendment and other federal civil rights statutes as well as cases involving non-competition agreements and Colorado state law. Ms. Randolph has also represented small businesses in employment and contract matters. She is licensed in Colorado and Florida.
Ms. Randolph's work at Davis Law Offices, P.C. is primarily in the areas of employment law and commercial litigation, including non-competition issues and contract disputes.
